You'll learn how to spot what needs attention, fix a flat, and run through a tune-up checklist to make sure everything is good to go. Bring your bike and your questions!

Getting stranded on a ride is a rite of passage most cyclists would rather skip. In this workshop, former World Tour Pro Ayesha McGowan shares the tool kit essentials she carries on every ride. Talking through everything from the basics to the "wish I'd had this" items, she'll walk through her go-to setups for different scenarios, cover some additional options, and help you put together a kit that works for the way you ride.
